Extremely rude on the phone, didn't want to educate me at all for the needs we have for our project. Do not recommend at all.
I called about concrete pumping, not knowing that what I needed is called "concrete lifting," which they don't do. But the man on the phone was rude about it, acting like I was a fool for not knowing the difference. At least this man needs some work in customer relations.
