The Princesa NEVER falls short for us!! It is a great property with new great upgrades. The staff and service have always been top notch and second to no one. Keep up the great work!!
We love the Sonoran Sun property, always clean and the swim up pool bar and beach front palapas are our favorite features! Ozzy at the bar is the best!
I hired Casago as my property management company in 2018. For the most part, the experience overall was good. However, as of recently, their management and support has really deteriorated. I moved back into my home temporarily when my office closed down. Booked a property through Casago for two months (Dec 2020 & Jan 2021) in Nuevo Vallarta. Paid the 50% deposit, booked and paid airfare and car rental. Inquired a couple of months later about the availability of internet. Imagine my shock when I was advised that the property owner needed the money and rented the property to someone else that wanted to rent it for a longer period of time.
