Each and every time we visit a Casago property its always a wonderful experience. You can be bold and go explore Malecon's bars and shops or just hang out and relax at your condo on the beach. The booking process via Casago is extremely easy and payment is pretty straight forward. Getting to the Casago condo is really easy and as long as you book ahead the security at the gate and front desk will have everything ready for you to make the process as easy as possible for you. Very well run. Workers are all very friendly and nice. We decided to leave our chairs on the beach one day so we didn't have to carry back upstairs. Next morning they were gone and we went to security and they had them, said they pulled them up for us so no one would take. We thought that was very courteous

Casago is very friendly, professional and answer all your questions no matter how many you may have. I booked 3 condos at *********** in ************** for a family vacation of 16 and they provided all the information I needed and ensured this resort was the best. And it was!!

Talk about a smooth process. Very quickly confirmed and stayed in communication up to the ***************** and condo was great and will be returning. The Sonoran Sea in Rocky Point is amazing.
I booked a rental property listed by Casago that stated very clearly that pets were allowed. After booking this non-refundable stay, I was required to sign a contract stating that pets were not allowed. This false representation was just the start of the issues, as I found out that when I tried to call support, I was routed to a number in Mexico where no one would answer.This was by far the worst experience Ive had with a vacation rental in my entire life.
