Pulled out of rental AFTER it was confirmed and paid for. What a joke. Put my wife and kids in a really bad spot. I know where to never do business... there are better options.

It was so easy and I loved the apartment in Playa del Carmen. I will definitely book again with them !!
I gave them 1 startbecause there was no way to give them 0. The worst experience in my life. Paid a lot of money for a rundown condo- couches torn, dirt everywhere, no soap in the bathroom, plus no running water for god knows how long, without at lest informing the guests beforehand. Asked to speak with a mananger- nothing, asked for a refund for remaining nights- nothing. Appologize- they do not know what that is.... professionalism- they never heard of it, and the list could go on and on and on...Be careful people when you... read more
