I first dealt with Cynthia Wakefield in mid-2016 when we discussed renting a Unit in the Scottsdale Springs condo complex for 12/1/16 -3/31/17. and it was a satisfying experience. In March of 2017, I talked to Cynthia about renting the same unit for the period of 12/1/17 - 3/31/18. However, a few months later a Family affair was announced for 3/27/18 -- which conflicted with our stay in Scottsdale. Pulled out of rental AFTER it was confirmed and paid for. What a joke. Put my wife and kids in a really bad spot. I know where to never do business... there are better options.

I have used Seaside Reservations for 10 years and have always had a great experience, I hope this continues with this new company.
It was so easy and I loved the apartment in Playa del Carmen. I will definitely book again with them !!
