I gave them 1 startbecause there was no way to give them 0. The worst experience in my life. Paid a lot of money for a rundown condo- couches torn, dirt everywhere, no soap in the bathroom, plus no running water for god knows how long, without at lest informing the guests beforehand. Asked to speak with a mananger- nothing, asked for a refund for remaining nights- nothing. Awesome service! I called last minute to book. Everyone I called was so nicr, the process was easy. Had no issues at all at arrival. Will definetly use in the future
I had a wonderful experience with Signature Vacation Rentals. The home we rented was clean and the staff was helpful with providing the things we needed for our vacation. The cable and wifi services were more than adequate. Susanna and Catrina were helpful as was Jose and the Maintenance Staff. We would definitely recommend Signature and have already booked the same home for next year.

We booked a vacation home rental through Signature Vacation Rentals in December for an April arrival. 30 days out from our arrival, Signature Vacation Rentals canceled our reservation. We didn't realize this, but their rental agreements allow for rental agreement cancellations up until the day of arrival. The worse part of this is that the owner of the property had to pay a fee to Signature Vacation Rentals to cancel. This is an unfortunate reality of our business. We manage people's homes, we don't own the homes we manage. From time to time an owner will remove their home from the rental pool with instructions to cancel existing reservations. In this case, the owner of the home received an offer to sell his home without the home even being on the market. we used them for the first time this year. they were extremely efficient and this was the best equipped place we have stayed in over the last 10 years. we will definitely use them again
