Today I visited your restaurant for dinner and witnessed one of your employees refuse a gentleman access to the washroom. The way the situation was handled seemed very rude and disrespectful. Simply saying "no" without any explanation or courtesy was not an appropriate way to treat a customer or guest. I was disappointed to see this level of service and felt uncomfortable with how the gentleman was treated.
