First time I've eaten there. My food was fantastic! Wish it was closer to home!
First time tonight at Casa Rustica and I have to say it was wonderful! The food and staff were excellent.
Great food and wonderful service. James our bartender and waiter was outstanding.
My wife and I stayed in Blowing Rock for a few days during July 4th. Our hotel recommended another Italian restaurant but we chose Casa Rustica instead and are grateful we did. The food was delicious and the staff were prompt and friendly. We'll be back again.

The food was amazing!!! Our waitress Carley was awesome too! Highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the Boone area.
Service was excellent and the food was wonderful. Mozzarella cheese was the best homemade cheese sticks I've ever had.
This is, hands down, the best Italian food I have ever eaten. I had the pleasure of speaking with both the chef and the owner tonight, and they were both very pleasant and attentive. I will definitely come back when I return to Boone!
