Filet mignon was amazing with fresh pasta smothered in bacon Carbonara sauce!
Casa catered our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception. They were so easy to work with and really took care of everything for us. They had useful advice and went above and beyond what we hired them to do. Both menus were a big hit with our guests. Thank you!

We have for more than 20 years loved the ambiance and friendliness that make Casa Rustica so special. The food is especially tasty and served with care and attention to the individual wishes of each patron. The hallmark restaurant might well be that customers are almost always visibly enjoying their meals and carrying on lively conversationons. Awesome place been coming for 15yrs and never had a bad meal!! Staff and owners are great!!!
Just had dinner for the first time I had manicotti & meatballs ... The manicotti is home made crepe with cheese blend so authentic, the salad ... Finally a red wine vinegrette is offered & I don't have to make it myself! I'm not much for bread but I took a corner Good God I thought I could just eat that it was so good! I was raised with an Italian grandmother who taught me to cook from back in the old country & she would have loved it!
The Casa food is high end Italian perfection but more importantly is is made, served and owned by really really good people! A winning combination in this day and age.
My favorite place to have a great dinner and evening, not just in the high country but anywhere! If you travel to Boone put Casa Rustica on your to do list
