Great service and the food is amazing!! We have been to Casa Rustica twice in the last two years for special occasions and we will continue to go. Great place!!

My husband and I visited for our 6-year anniversary it is a nice quiet environment we sat in the bar section because the game was on and the staff was lovely! Our hotel arranged for us to have a beautifully made appetizer and wine, our meal was delicious and between the owner of the restaurant and the hotel our entire meal was free!! Awesome place THANK YOU SO MUCH TO THE OWNER, STAFF, and DEVON at BAYMONT INN and SUITES in Boone. We will definitely be back!
Casa Rustica is one of my favorite restaurants and definitely my favorite in Boone. The food and atmosphere are outstanding. My daughter was at Appalachian for four years and she is still in Boone working. We went to Casa Rustica for luncheon just before her graduation and we make a point of going every time we're in Boone. We just love it.�
Amazing local restaurant!! From the cozy bar in the back, to the warm fireplace, to the duo playing music in the corner.. This place is full of charm! Dinner and service was awesome and if I was a local, I would eat here all the time! Chicken Marsala was the best I have ever had!!
Over priced. The food is ok but not worth what they charge for it. Log cabin ambiance is for the tourists.
