Best Italian in the High Country! Liz and Rick Pedroni have created a warm, cozy atmosphere with fabulous food and great staff.

I used to come here regularly when I had a home in Boone but had not been back since about 1997. I was so excited to see that the restaurant was still open and made a reservation. Everything was delicious as usual and the service was excellent. The prices are very reasonable and you get very large portions. I hope to return to Boone more often now and Casa Rustica will definitely be on our list of favorite places to eat.
Some of the best Italian dishes I have had, with friendly efficient service. Prices were very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. Atmosphere was relaxing and quaint. The Asiago tomato bisque and creme brulee were perfect! Well worth a return visit!
Madison took great Care of us tonight! I always make plans to visit when we are in town! I’ve never been disappointed since first discovering Casa with my wife on our honeymoon!
