we ordered a platter for company lunch party. we get it here and it's not cooked thoroughly. spoke to a young lady manager and she told us she would remake it and to go ahead and throw the old platter away. so we did, and when we got there to pick up the new platter, they refused to without the old one which they already told us to throw away which we did. horrible experience even tho we order platters almost once a week. We will be taking our business elsewhere for the future. hope they get it figured out.

We went to Casa Ramos in Centralia and found the food, service, and atmosphere was AMAZING. We struggle with finding good and authentic Mexican food in Washington, so were thrilled with this find!

Ever since the remodel portion sizes are dinky, its dirty and always get over crammed into a section with the same server who screws up my order EVERY time! As I sit here typing this there's an employee whos sweeping the carpet under our table(yes while we are EATING!) repeatedly smacking my foot...oh sorry..oh sorry... We used to come here all the time and LOVED our server we call 'the dude' but now I'm disappointed more every visit! :(

My husband and I have lunch or dinner here once or twice a week and have been doing so for some time. Service is always fast and friendly, we’ve never been disappointed with a meal, it’s clean and is not expensive.
