RecommendedI usually love Casa Ramos. One of our comfort food locations. Unfortunately, given current situations limiting food to only take out, we had our first horrible experience. Ordered for pick up, but when my husband arrived the place was packed with a line out the door. People waiting in their cars. When I tried to call to find out what the process was, I was put on hold. Then hung up on. Then put on hold again. After 10 minutes I was told that food was ready but he would have to wait in line. Orders were being taken in person.... read more
The steak fajita burrito!
Love this place. Victor and his team are awesome and the food, well, that speaks for itself (outstanding).
Very nice restaurant, has lots of T.V.'s to watch a variety of sports. And the food was delicious. We had shrimp fajitas with steamed veggies, chili colorado with rice and beans.Large portions so I recommend to go on empty...or you can order the half portions. Hanna was our server very professional and courteous. Hanna checked with us frequently to make sure we were good or if we needed anything else. and the bar is very well stocked as well.

The waitress that was working today, is totally rude and it's not the first time. When you can't hear someone speaking "your customer" you don't say huh huh, learn some manners old lady.
Checked my bank account and waiter helped himself to a $10 tip with out my approval!!!!!
