Liz - I just had the Tomatillo Chicken and the Portabello Tamales... it's been a while but I must say that these were excellent! I loved the roasted corn salsa as well... but I do miss the Savory Corn ones...
First time having Casa De Tamales and it was amazing! Thanks for coming by Fresno Surgical Hospital! I felt like I was eating something healthy and the tea was amazing!
Amazing food. We could not have been more impressed! We had a special at Super Bowl Sunday and our guest loved it! Generous amounts and all of it tasted wonderful!

SO. GOOD. We were able to have Casa de Tamales cater our wedding of 100 people, and it was awesome. Liz was wonderful about communicating with us, and planning from afar, since we were 3 hours away. She was so accommodating and willing. They arrived on time, set up and served, and cleaned up. Their prices were extremely reasonable (almost ⅓ of the cost of other catering offers)! If I could give more than 5 Stars I would.. I love Casa de Tamales, the food is superb. It is evident they only use high quality ingredients. Gluten free products are a plus here & dessert flavored tamales an all time must have (blueberry w/ cream cheese..) my favorite savory dish is the Creamy Chicken Poblano. I recommend to anyone & everyone! :))
So much masa and very little meat. Very disappointed i will not be returning
