I saw Lilianne before the holidays for a full set of foils. She did «fine» foils and close to the roots. She did a super job with the colour and lift to give a nice light honey blonde (vs ash). And, she’s fast applying the product. The salon is great, and she’s super nice… and a pro at what she does.
