AVIOD THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS! TAKE YOUR BUISNESS AND HARD-EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE. They are Crooks and will lie to your face to steal your money and do whatever they can to get you into a car. The entire experience with this dealership was filled with lies and double-crosses and when confronted and called out on their wrong doings they totally passed the blame around and said, "This is how we have always done business." I think the service department is terrible. I was quoted $500 plus dollars before the coupon and **** discount for rear brakes. When it came time to pay, the old white man behind the counter who is obviously a male chauvinist pig, charged me $562 after the coupon and the **** discount. He needs to retire and quit stealing from females who need their car serviced.
The service is getting worse and worse. Rude customer service. Every time we go there is always someone to come up to our cars and I guess they stopped doing that. When we take our cars in the person that bring the car back drives very reckless and in a very high speed that can run over someone. ****** is very rude on top of that I asked her if my car was done and she rudely responded I havent got the paper work then I waited. Way too expensive for services (oil change/tire rotation, especially for wiper blades or other minor services). ******* ** ** ********* **** ** ********
It has been a week since I had my 2021 suburban towed to them. 13,500.00 miles. No communication from them as to the cause of my car not starting. No one ever calls back. Worst customer service ever. I'm contacting owner of company.
