One of the worst places in America do not go there they care about profits and the could really care less about your health they have nurses who are trained to give you falls information doctors don't know shit they missed diagnosed me twice both doctors it could have cost my my life I swear to god. Good docs but very poorly managed. They obviously care very little about the "patient experience". They require you to wait way beyond your appt time every time you come. Even if you ask for first appt in the morning it is a long wait and the staff make it obvious they don't care anything about you. They don't talk or smile to you while you are waiting. And forget about apologies!
Would not go here again. My husband has had three appts and they have changed his appt time the day before or a few hours before all three times. Arrogant physicians and extremely unorganized office. Even when getting a prescription, instead of sending an electronic script to the pharmacy, they give us a paper script after his surgery, (so we get to the pharmacy and have to wait 45 min). They don't care! It's all about them and never an apology for having to change an appt.
I broke a front tooth a few days before Thanksgiving. I called Dr. Mann's office, and the staff worked very hard to get me seen on short notice. Two days before Thanksgiving, Dr. Mann and his lovely staff had my smile restored. I am blessed to have such a devoted dental team to call on!
I had an excellent experience with Amanda. She was very thorough and gentle in taking my X-rays and cleaning my teeth.
I recently went in to Dr. Mann's Cary office as a unscheduled, walk in patient due to a problem that occurred in my jaw that morning. The office staff greeted me with their usual kindness and smiles and told me that Dr. Mann would see me in a few minutes. Within no time Shannon came and took me back to the exam room. She was wonderful, and very much a professional. I've been a patient of Dr. Mann's for 16 yrs since moving to Raleigh and am pleased to say I have always received the highest professional care from both Dr. Mann and Dr. Dolfi. It's great to see the same dental hygienist each visit who is familiar with your history and the entire office staff is always friendly.

The care and professionalism is outstanding! All of the staff, from the desk administrators to the hygienists and dentists, go the extra mile to make me feel welcome and comfortable throughout the whole visit. I highly, highly recommend this office for your dental needs.
