First of all a big thanks to Dr Malone and the staff at Cary Skin Center. I was scheduled for mohs surgery on the right side of my face and was a little apprehensiive about it since my neighbor had mohs surgery on his arm and ended with 32 stitches on his arm. BUT Dr Malone and the attending staff answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. She only made one cut and was able to get all of the cancerous cells the first time. Was I ever glad! Had gone to several dermatologists in the Pinehurst area for years until having a really bad experience and was referred to one in Raleigh. From that appt., was referred to Cary Skin Center for surgery and saw Dr. Flynn. Found out "numerous" residents in Moore County were being referred for surgery to their center and along with me, we begged them to please come to Pinehurst and now they have with a full dermatology clinic so no need to travel to Cary anymore...they are right here!!! Three weeks ago I had a biopsy on my right ear by my dermatologist. It came back as cancer so my dermatologist referred me to the Cary Skin Center. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated with care, compassion and respect. Every one of the staff from checking in, checking out and everyone in between made such an effort to make me and my husband comfortable.
