This is a wonderful medical practice from the doctors to the support staff. I could fill a book with positive things to say about them.
The back and spine therapy group I didn’t feel they were as good as the Cary Orthopedic physical therapy group. They don’t have many therapists, so it was very hard to get in and coordinate with my schedule as well.
My MRI was canceled because insurance denied it and then they canceled my follow up appointment without telling me (that I drove 40 min for. Cool!) We definitely could not have used that time to tell me what my next steps would be! I was treated like I was dumb for thinking I would still have a follow up appointment. "Oh, well that was a results appointment and since there we no results we canceled it" oh ...
