The back and spine therapy group I didn’t feel they were as good as the Cary Orthopedic physical therapy group. They don’t have many therapists, so it was very hard to get in and coordinate with my schedule as well.
My MRI was canceled because insurance denied it and then they canceled my follow up appointment without telling me (that I drove 40 min for. Cool!) We definitely could not have used that time to tell me what my next steps would be! I was treated like I was dumb for thinking I would still have a follow up appointment. "Oh, well that was a results appointment and since there we no results we canceled it" oh ... If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The PA here, LAURENCE HOLMAN, FNP, did not listen to my ongoing issue that I’ve been having since January. I walk with a limp and have very limited mobility due to nerve pain in my leg. The PA wouldn’t even help me out with extending my disability leave as I cannot work at all and He shrugged it off as something he’s never heard of ???? he told me the only solution he has for me are steroids injections which I’ve ALREADY taken before and did not help AT ALL!
