Unprofessional. Unprepared. Arrived 10 min before my appointment. Signs were on the door to call a number for someone to come to retrieve you. Number didn’t work. The other offices who had workers in them, stated that they didnt have people for accellacare working at the desk at all and was not sure how to help. DO NOT TRUST. It was very scary and unnerving.
