Very professional and knowledgeable. Follow up was great. She took a lot of time with me explaining.
The clinic recently changed accounting practice which can only provide visiting payment statement through a lady in 919-655-9617 who never attends call or returns call. This degrades the clinic service to an almost not acceptable level.
