But billing practices seem to change. I've been fortunate to receive a discount for the work I've had performed at CP. In the past, I was told explicitly that if I paid upfront the full amount by check, I would still get the 5% discount. And I did. Until this visit, when I was told the 5% didn't apply to me, because I already received a discount to the price. Billing practices should be consistent, unless expressly changed.

Staff and Dr Kofford are exceptional . They are professional , personal , caring and always with a dose of humor. Have never experienced any discomfort in any procedures I have had. All you could ask for in any visit to the dentist.

My experience with Dr Kofford was excellent. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. There were a few difficulties along the way to new dentures but they were resolved cheerfully and I am very pleased with the finished product.

Just finished my bridge.....WOW....what a difference! Dr. Kofford and his team are the best at what they do because they care about their patients.
Going to the dentist is usually not associated with pleasure. The team at Cary Prosthodontics does everything to make the experience as positive as possible. From the pleasant surroundings, welcome reception, nature views from the dental chairs to the interactions with all it is clear that they care about clients' wellbeing. On my appointments, Dr. Kofford and the staffs friendly, positive,upbeat energy rubs off on me and It seems like I'm visiting with extended family members. I have found Dr. Kofford to be very sensitive, open, and attentive and a rarely gifted practitioner.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kofford for about 5 years. I'm an older person, so my dental needs are more challenging- crowns, root canals, receding gums, sensitive teeth, bite adjustments and ongoing maintenance of all the repairs that have been made to my teeth over the last 60 years. Bottom line, Dr. Kofford has met each challenge with great competency. Problems are resolved in a friendly environment. He has great attention to detail!
