In my job I do a lot of traveling and Michelle and Dr. Lazaro have bent over backwards to service my hearing aid needs. I highly recommend Cary Audiology for TRUE Professional medical advice. Forget Miracle Ear and Costco Dr. Lazaro will assist you in determining your hearing aid needs with different price points

I’d known for years I needed hearing aids—my frequency response falls off a cliff above about 4khz—but I kept putting it off until I finally admitted to myself that in a crowded restaurant I couldn’t reliably converse with anybody unless they were sitting directly next to me. Cary Audiology gets a 5 Star rating from me. My mom went there 5 years ago to be fitted for hearing aids and has been back for her hearing tests regularly. About a month ago one of her hearing aids was accidentally stepped on by one of the care givers where she lives. I took my mom on for her annual hearing test and to see about a replacement for the broken hearing aid. To my surprise the manufacturer is replacing it free of charge! Who does that these days! I was not thrilled to be seeking help evaluating my hearing, but had decided not to wait “too” long as I had seen others do. It’s been everything I’d hoped for - I have hearing aids that alleviate any problems I’d been worried about and professionals to answer my questions. Cary Audiology has great professionals and a great staff. Don’t wait until everyone is mad because you don’t respond. Cary Audiology is the best! Susan Rawls is the most knowledgeable and helpful audiologist that I have ever met. She takes all the time that I need with explanations and makes sure that everything is right. If I ever notice a problem, she will see me immediately. Michelle is a terrific office manager.Batteries and filters are always available, billing is always correct, and she exudes a pleasant and welcoming aura to the office. I always feel that I am visiting friends whenever I am there.

I have had hearing aids from another provider for seven years and recently, one of them died. I decided to switch to Cary Audiology and man, am I ever glad. Susan Rawls has been wonderful, from evaluating my needs, (which were significant) to fitting me with the best hearing aids for my needs, to tuning them over several weeks- my brain needed time to adjust to making sure I have everything I need, including a tv connection.

Getting older isn't easy. Cary Audiology has done a great job of fitting me with hearing aids. I will admit my hearing aids are a little smarter then I am but I am working on it. For the latest and greatest in the field you can't beat Cary Audiology !!
