The truck was nice. I bought it but had to go back to car lot because the dealer Ali @ CarXpress markup the price! It's wasn't until later I saw this, it's my fault I didn't see this sooner but he didn't show me the buyer's order that is why but most of all I should have ask and read everything completely that he ask me to sign!! So with that I guess he thought he could get over on me but being familiar with Virginia law I called him and informed him of the error on the price and few extra things he threw in. I worked with Nick. He was very helpful and responsive. I scheduled to get the car inspected by a mechanic and the dealership was cooperative. Based upon the results of the inspection, the car was not really in the condition I was looking for. I have no issues, however, with the interaction or dealer nor reservations recommending them.

The team at CarXpress was very responsive to all our queries. Ali was also there for us and pleasant to work with. He listened to our needs and treated us very fairly. There was absolutely no pressure to sell us anything. We did a buy a car there and the process was easy and quick.
