Terrible. We agreed on a time for me to come out and see the vehicle. Mind you I drove over an hour from DC. Spoke to someone while I was enroute. They said everything was prepared for me. When I get there nobody is there. I called the cell phone number they provided me, I called the office number and no one answered or responded... They lost a sale in me. I was prepared to purchase.
They were very responsive and friendly. The only thing I would change is that they communicate better internally. I had to call a different group to find out about the car’s availability and readiness.
My experience was good, I went to she the truck and it had a few things that needed addressed and Ali either took care of them or honestly said hew would not, I know i am buying an 11 year old truck I am just looking for honesty. Ali appeared to be honest and fair the whole way. Now that being said I am giving a good review for the purchase, I will update later if anything comes up down the road.
Excellent and very supportive communications.
They responded once I believe they said the car was too old to be financed or something like that even though I had a pre-approval I don't think they had the car to be honest so no I didn't deal with him at all

We looked at two cars here, both of which needed some work. They were not ready to sell in my opinion. I could understand this better if we were looking at $1,000-3,000 used cars, but not when spending $7,000-8,000. Those cars should be road ready with repairs made before listing them. They offered to fix some of the things we pointed out but we live a couple of hours away and were hoping to buy a car and drive it home that day, not have to go back after things were fixed.
