Dealer responded quickly to my email and text. Agent provided video of the vehicle meeting my request with video proof. Unfortunately the vehicle miles were higher than others I was interested in.

Very disappointed with my overall experience. I called numerous times to look at this car. Finally talked to Ali, the salesperson who assured the car would be there on the Saturday I was planning to travel two hours to look at. Ali texted me the morning I was about to leave and said he didn’t have the title to the car. He said he would find o out more information on Monday. Ii never got a return phone call. Very disappointed and disheartened with my overall experience.

Terrible. We agreed on a time for me to come out and see the vehicle. Mind you I drove over an hour from DC. Spoke to someone while I was enroute. They said everything was prepared for me. When I get there nobody is there. I called the cell phone number they provided me, I called the office number and no one answered or responded... They lost a sale in me. I was prepared to purchase.
They were very responsive and friendly. The only thing I would change is that they communicate better internally. I had to call a different group to find out about the car’s availability and readiness.
I got a truck from Car Xpress. I had it for seven months. It’s been in the shop four times they put four transmissions in it and it still doesn’t work. I have been trying to reach out to Car Xpress to see can they work with me to trade the truck need to get a new vehicle from them he refused to talk to me on the phone, all he has is the new one this whole time since I had this truck has been lying to me I made my payments on time before hand.
