Excellent service. My husband sold his truck with at this location and the process was very easy. He felt comfortable that he made the right choice. Upon arriving, the truck was taken for a test drive and we left with a check in our hands. I would recommend Carvana to anyone who is interested in selling a vehicle.
Best experience I ever had when purchasing a car. I’m always on the run and don’t have time to deal with sales people. Carvana has made it easy from start to end. Pick up was great. The employee even assisted with any additional cosmetic that needed to be done that were not displayed. I will sure do this again
I was really impressed with how easy the online buying process was with Carvana — it was quick, simple, and transparent. However, everything went downhill after the car was delivered. When the car arrived, both the tire pressure light and the check engine light were on. I immediately told the delivery driver, who claimed the lights weren’t on when he left the garage. I recently bought a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica online with the best additional warranty they offered from Carvana to be delivered and paid for the shipping. When it was delivered and I test drove it I noticed a creaking and clicking sound when turning, even the delivery guy noticed it and said he had noticed it when he picked it up too. I took it to my mechanic to check it out and they gave me an idea that it could be the bearing mounts or something.
