Overall was a great experience. Clean, simple and efficient. The only downfall was my first appointment where my car was supposed to be picked up from my home. They gave me a window of 5 PM until 8 PM. I waited up until 11:30 PM with no one contacting me whatsoever and no one showing up. Carvana helpdesk couldn’t help me because they can’t track drivers. I used Carvana to sell my used vehicle with title. The entire process was easy and completed on my mobile phone. I scheduled the pick up time, the tow truck driver called ahead and arrived on time. She was courteous and professional.
