Best experience I ever had when purchasing a car. I’m always on the run and don’t have time to deal with sales people. Carvana has made it easy from start to end. Pick up was great. The employee even assisted with any additional cosmetic that needed to be done that were not displayed. I will sure do this again
I was really impressed with how easy the online buying process was with Carvana — it was quick, simple, and transparent. However, everything went downhill after the car was delivered. When the car arrived, both the tire pressure light and the check engine light were on. I immediately told the delivery driver, who claimed the lights weren’t on when he left the garage. Excellent service. My husband sold his truck with at this location and the process was very easy. He felt comfortable that he made the right choice.
