Easy buying experience. Noticed the car had recently been painted on delivery. Carvana admitted they “freshened up the bumper paint.” In the 7 day return window we sent in as claim. They denied. Less than 2 months later their bad paint job is coming off.
This was the most streamlined clear cut buying and trade in process ever. I will be using Carvana from here on out. I don’t have a day to spend in a dealership. The whole process took literally 15 minutes if that online and then I had to submit some documents and that was it! They dropped off my new baby and picked up my trade it took like 10 minutes.
Very easy to navigate the site. Friendly and professional person came to pick it up and the process was explained well. Took about 15 minutes.
Selling my car on Carvana was the easiest thing I’ve done in a while. I had been trying to sell my car by word of mouth for months with no luck. I clicked on the Carvana website and within minutes it was SOLD! I scheduled the pick up date and received a check. The lady that picked up the car was very nice and professional. If I had known it was going to be this easy I would’ve sold my car months ago. I would definitely do it again!
