I had several phone conversations w/Suzy prior to my appt. She was so kind and helpful. When I arrived at the office, she greeted me very warmly and accommodated my light sensitivity. I had a great experience with Dr. Augustine's assistant as well. (So sorry I don't remember her name). I appreciated Dr. Augustine and his assistant explaining to me what they were going to do prior to doing it. Great experience!! Thank you all!

The receptionist is amazing, always remembers my name and things about me I can't believe. Dr. A rocks as well. This was my first time with this hygienist and I gotta say first time Ive been really uncomfortable getting cleaned and sore the day after.....I know my teeth need better care just hadnt had that before. Will I be back? of course and I refer a lot of folks to you, just not a great time in the chair this visit.
I have Humana and I've received emails from your office about insurance changes but I don't understand how I am effected
I always have a great experience at y'all's office. My hygienist this time (I can't remember her name. She was a temp) was incredibly knowledgeable, and talked to me throughout the cleaning regarding what she was doing, and what I could do to provide myself with better dental home care.
Everyone was really nice, like always. The new Hygentist, he was a bit rough though. Jennifer (i believe that's her name) wasnt always so rough w my teeth and gums. My teeth were darn clean when i left, either way. Thanks you!
Easily the most relaxed and comfortable I've been at the dentist ever. I'd recommend Dr. Augustine to anyone.
Everything was great! The only problem we (my husband and I) run into is scheduling. Even setting up six months out, it is still over that period before we can get back in.
