Everyone is very friendly & explains everything in detail. They care about you & your health.
Really pleased with service and experience -- refer friends often. The extra touches are noticed and appreciated: neck pillows, chapstick, blanket. etc. My only suggestion would be earbud options to listen to provided or their personal music to not have to listen to the scraping teeth noise -- but that might only bother me. I also like to be over informed but I can do a better job of asking more questions.

What a welcoming atmosphere! The office was very pleasant and clean.
I really appreciated that I didn't have to wait, and that all of my paperwork/insurance information had been checked in advance of my appointment. Everyone was extremely sweet, the office is really clean and nice, and Dr. Augustine is the best. He helped me put together a game plan to get my oral health in order. Highly recommend!
