I thought when we got the bills they were expensive and then realized they were up selling us. At 80 my teeth have always be really good and then my first time there I all of a sudden have periodontal problem? Thus comes the charges? If you go there make sure what you're going to get charged and an explanation of those charges as they will make their bill confusing in order to justify their charges. Sad but true!

I have been calling carus dental for my approval for a month now. called more than 3 times spoke to several different people. was told well call you back next week. week went by i called next week find out if im approved no call back i call back next week to be told well call you back. never called back. I called today to speak to a person again. They cannot offer me a time to get everything done so they want me to go twice. I have a job and a life. No i cannot come there 2 times because your too booked to book me a time in... read more

Horrible service. They constantly cancel without notification. They tell customers they tried to call but didn't. They confirm appointments and when you show up you're told you have to reschedule. Don't waste your time. They don't even pretend to care. Give another company your time, energy, and money. 0 stars if possible.

I've seen quite a few people already say this- make sure they don't make you do things you don't need and always make sure your insurance will cover. They used to be great, but now it's all about churning out the patients. When they refuse to acknowledge that something is their mistake and their issue and they still insist on charging the patient (when it's their shoddy work and/or materials that caused the issue), that's all I need to know about their lack of care.

I give 5 stars to this dental because they have earnt it. I have been frequenting this place for about 3 years now and I receive the best care for my teeth i.e. from best dental cleaning service from Shawna to tooth crowning, staff professionalism, scheduling, pricing, appointment reminders, facility cleanness etc.
