After confirming for 4 days our appointment, including the day of we drove 100 miles for a vehicle they already sold. Very disappointed in the customer service at this dealership with Andre and Eric.

I was in a car accident and my car was TOTALED. I Didn’t know what to do! I have. 5 month old he was 4 month old at that time & we was worried because my husband and I have NO credit . We’re so young it was just T total impossible !! But, my brother called his sales rep and they did not only put us in a GREAT car! A safer car for my little boys safety ! Andre is the best! Terry ried dealership sold me a tahoe and the motor blew up after 2 days. It was in the shop for those 2 days . i have txt messages from todd saying that he would replace the vehicle but when i got there he jumped up in my face and cussed me out and did not fix or replace my vehicle.. I have tried several times to reach the owners and have left many messages for them and have yet to hear from anyone.. I was talked to and treated like complete trash.
Really an awesome experience in every way. Finding the car was fast, and was given great information about its features. The way I was treated was very professional and I feel like I got a good deal. Would absolutely recommend this dealer to anybody.

I purchased a 2015 Chrysler 200 at this dealership. Andre was awesome to work with. Claudia has the highest standards for customer service I have ever seen in a dealership. I will only come here for service and this will be where I purchase my next vehicle. If you have had a bad experience here it is because of a misunderstanding. Ask for Claudia or Matt before you post a negative review or leave the dealership. I am 100% positive that your perspective will change.
