Today was the first time I received the worst customer service perhaps they were to busy today. I won't go on a weekend again and not wanting to honor a coupon that was supposed be good for the entire month it was on my FB page a pound of dog treats free she said it was for last month so I said Ok then trying to get a dog tag made which took a while for someone to help I just left the treats there ,.just disappointed.....

LOVE this pet mom and pop store (Stockton shop) and the staff that makes this store run the way it does. They are very knowledgeable on all their animals, they are always helpful with answering your questions and directing you in the right direction for yours needs. This is the only pet store I will go to. I first went to the Manteca location and everyone was so helpful. I then found out they had a location closer to me in Stockton. I LOVE the mom & pop feel vs the big corporations. I also like how you don't have to "hunt" someone down to help you- there are plenty of knowledgeable employees willing to help. They always have EXACTLY what I'm looking for and I like how they actually have sales items. 2 thumbs up from my family and our fur babies �����
Bought a tank as week from the Stockton location and the bottom had rat piss in it😠 and the company it came from is full of crap #PENNPLAX. A first i thought it stunk like animal or fish food,. Til I took it apart..foul
