I went to carter's in modesto tonight, bought a few fish. Unfortunately when I got home I noticed that one was covered in ich. So I immediately returned it without even opening the bag. I was told that they don't except returns but I can surrender the fish. Now they do have a health guarantee, so if I had taken them a dead fish I could have gotten my money back. Very poor customer service!!!!!!

This store has become my new go to pet store! So far everyone I have met there has been extremely nice, extremely helpful and knowledgeable!! They even remembered my pet each time we have came!
