Amazing customer service every time super friendly
Kelly the manager of Carters Pet Mart was extremely rude when I asked her if the VIP line can be inside during the summer instead of in the 100+ degree heat. We had to buy numerous water bottles from them just to keep my dog cool. Everyone around us felt so bad. This is the only pet store that forces you to stand outside. The prices are good but the customer service is not & it’s disappointing.
