Employees lie about price matching and not once mentioned adding the shipping price to products until you are at the store. Which makes no sense to me if they are not delivering the product to my door. I decided to go somewhere else were the staff knows my dog’s raw food and can place special orders for me without adding cost that do not exist in the first place. Very friendly customer service and a lot of the animals have been socialized well.
Carters has been the best pet store I have ever been to. All the employees are super helpful and super nice. Ryan, Tyler, Kelly and Deja are amazing. They’re always so helpful and so knowledgeable about all the animals. I will never go to another pet store again. If you ever have questions, or are looking to find a fur baby...Carters is the place to go. I can’t thank them enough for all the help, care and advice that I’ve been given. Thanks for everything! Carters rocks!!
