Nothing needed to improve - all you have to do is show up and I already feel better. Have used Carter in the past but not recently, so glad to see it is still just as good if not better service-wise. Paul took excellent care of our kitchen line clog, I had one of your $50 coupons, life is good. Paul also answered some questions I had about other plumbing issues. And I got to sign his truck!! ð
