RecommendedThe staff there went above and beyond for me today! Their Service Manager is was detailed and I never felt like I was getting taken advantage of. The guys out in the shop were full of smiles as well and very helpful! Will definitely be back!
I have been stranded in Elkhart twice, both times Carter Tire & Automotive inspected my problems free of charge, gave me a complete written quote in advance, took care of me(snacks and free water/pop), treated me like family, gave me a loaner car to drive, and DID NOT take advantage of me (single, older, female). Graciously undercharged me compared to many other shop fees.
Always recommend this shop. Amazing people and awesome results. They are #1 in my book. Go check them out!!!!
Patti and her team of professionals are very welcoming and informative. I admire business owners who have and maintain integrity! I’m so glad they are close to home. I love the Christian atmosphere and the comfortable place to relax while waiting for the car to be serviced. They even have refreshments and T.V. and WIFI for guests. So happy to hear they are doing oil changes now. We can drop off the truck, walk the dog, then get it after walk. Thanks for the excellent service. See you again.
The most amazing customer service! We were beginning a long trip and stopped by to have some things checked out and they made sure we were set and safe. They were more than willing to work with my budget, understood my situation, and helped me get in and out as quick as possible. Will be coming here from now on!

On Aug 8th I pulled into Cracker Barrel and noticed my 5th wheel had a flat on the right rear, road side assistance came out and fix my situation, I have tire and wheel coverage on the camper, after being on hold for almost an hour with the insurance company carter owner handled the situation with class, I think she seen the frustration on my face, she worked with me and the insurance and got the bill resolved so we could get back on the road, thank you Chris and thank you Patti, for being so professional you guys Rock.only ... read more
