We were on our way to my husband’s Dr appointment & the car started to miss & hesitate. Carter tire was the closest service shop. They had a service technician analyze the problem right away, determining we had thrown a spark plug. Even though they were very busy, they gave us a ride home, located parts & had it fixed & running GREAT the same afternoon! Thank you John & Ron! You were a blessing today!

While having my Thor Axis motor home serviced by Total Value RV in Elkhart, IN, last week, they recommended Carter Tire to install the tire clamp in valve stems that I had purchased to mitigate ongoing inflation problems. Although short of help and an unexpected employee injury the day of my scheduled appointment, Carter Tire stepped up to the plate with their excellent professional (and friendly) service and exceeded my expectations. Carter Tire saved my life! Got a flat on the highway driving from Cleveland to Chicago and they were thankfully open on the weekend to replace my donut so I could make it back to Chicago safely. Super nice and friendly, and reasonably priced given my Subaru required all 4 tires to be changed. Life savers, thank you! They included a courtesy car check too. Highly recommend! My pup gives them 5 paws up too! (They were very welcoming of her.)
