Called up and spoke with Sean about new tires and rims. He informed me he could Take care of me the following day and have my car done. I let him pick out the rims for me since I needed them quick. Let me tell you he did not disappoint. I couldn’t have been happier with what he selected for me. I was going to be stranded 4 hours from home and this place took care of me like family. One of the best places with some good people
Just had another great experience at Carter Tire! Went in for a quick oil change and tire rotation. Of course one of my wheel studs broke off. They were able to get a new stud quickly delivered even for my 2006 explorer. While I it took longer then I planned, it was quick for what had to be done. John did a great job of keeping me informed and making things happen. Very happy with the outcome. Thanks for a great job!

I had a nail in a tire that needed to be removed. In the process, my wheel accidentally got scratched. They offered to buff and fix it or rotate my tires and repair my tire, free of charge. I was happy about that but even more impressed with the fact that told me. It was something I probably never would have noticed. Their policy for integrity is The most valuable service they offer. Thank you, Carter Tire, for being an honest, trustworthy company. It’s why we’ve been a customer for over 15 years.
