Original big city dealership lied to us and didn’t even attempt to give us what we wanted. So we came to Carter instead, where getting a truck was the easiest thing in the world. Got what we wanted on a trade in, got a beautiful truck at a great price, they got the paint defects fixed, swapped out tires and wheels, gave us a rental, and financed it exactly how we wanted too, all without any hassle at all. just purchased my 2017 ram from Carter's. have to say I was impressed. I never saw the truck but just online and had them deliver it to me. they gave me a good deal and were friendly and easy to work with. ( and I've purchased more trucks then the average guy) so I've delt with some pushy salesman before. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to buy. I'd also recommend them expanding over in to Arkansas so I wouldn't have to drive so far next time if I wanna just come in and look.. haha.. #goodfolks.
Had a great experience and loved the way they treat customers. Not your typical dealer. Highly recommend making the drive out there and eating some fried chicken across the street!

Kurt at Carter provided us the easiest buying experience we have ever experienced and the rest of the Carter team were nothing but welcoming to us while we were in their dealership. We were pre-approved from our local bank and there was absolutely no pressure on us to change our financing.
