5 Stars ***** I was referred to Carter by one of their ex salesmen and could not have had a better time. I knew what I wanted and we did 99% of the sale over text. Cody was like a friend I had known for years, never once were they pushy. I could not recommend them enough. This was literally like buying a new truck from a friend. They are a bunch of people having fun at there jobs, being friendly and ohhh saling a truck.
Buying experience was great. I worked with Kevin and I could tell by his beard that he was a man to be trusted! Kevin sent a video walk around of the Tacoma I was looking at within an hour of my online inquiry. Their dealership location is really unique, being in the small town of Okarche. A great buying experience! I’ve bought several pickups from various dealerships around the state, and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. They know their vehicles, don’t pressure you into anything, and are very easy to work with in every aspect. It will be awhile, but I will be back next time I need a new one!
