RecommendedShout out to Grant for taking care of me. Had an issue with the blend door on a used truck with no warranty (as is), and Grant made sure I was taken care of. Most dealers would have said "Too bad, nothing we can do," but Carters made sure I was happy with my purchase. They made a new friend today. In my opinion, they truly care for clients over profits. Customer service and quality is very important to us. We heard about Carter's and Trevor from a friend years ago and knew we liked they way they did business. Shane and I went through a lot getting me in the truck I truly wanted. I’ve never had a salesman bend over backwards like he did. I highly recommend these guys. They are true to their word, making friends then selling trucks.
