A great experience! – I have recently gotten my hair cut at Carter Barnes, and all around, I had a terrific experience! I was planning on getting a very drastic hair cut (used to be down to my chest, now it's above my shoulders! And I absolutely love it!), so naturally I was a little nervous. Fancy salon, worth the trip and price!!! – Carter Barnes Phipps was absolutely fantastic!! I got a cut from Gabby and she was so great I recommend her to everyone. Very funny and made me feel very welcome. The whole place was so nice and everyone was friendly, the products were amazing and I walked out of there with a great new haircut! Thanks Carter Barnes!

Carter Barnes Phipps – I have been coming to Cater Barnes since 1989. I see Tony for my cut and blowdrys and Perri for color. I am a true red-head, until Perri I was never able to find someone to match my strawberry blonde color. They give wonderful advice to keep your hair healthy, natural & glowing! They always do what you want and is the best for you.
Carter Barnes Hair Salon – Perri is the only colorist ever who is able to give me "swedish ice-blonde" color. I came to her after several color disasters and being told by some of the best stylists that the color I wanted was not attainable. Perri knew just what I wanted, she gave it to me the first time and consistently does the right color every time. She is so nice too (absolutely no attitude). What a pleasure!

The BEST hair salon in town!!! – Perri is an incredible colorist! A true master at her trade, more mportantly she is a wonderful person :) always totally engage w/her clients in the most caring ways. And, she is so funny & personable! Atlanta is a city of blonds and as a brunett, I can tell you she is one of the few colorists who knows how to make it gorgeous!
