The customer service at CarStar Bayerslake was ok, I found it very hard to get through to the shop by phone, I even had to drive there to get an update. I don't think they should use Wonder Auto when they need more than just body work. I left my car with them with no brake issues pre accident and when I picked up my vechicle thinking I was good to go and left the shop. I didn't get very far and at that point I knew there was issues with the brakes and was told I need 4 rotors at 1600.00, the car is a 2023 Tucson with only 21... read more
Great group to work with. They have been very friendly, helpful, fast and do amazing work. They found a few things I missed and insurance took care of it. Let them review your vehicle for damage to make sure you get it all fixed and back to the way it was. I have been at this location 3 times and it remains my go to location for my body work.
These guys are the best. Easy to deal with. Very knowledgeable and Nicole was very helpful with resolving some communication issues with my insurer. 10/10
Everyone at caestar was great. Especially Sean who look after me.
