AMAZING. Cannot believe I just found this place. Everything was technically and culinarily PERFECT. Blown away. Try EVERYTHING. My favorite, was the sea bass, aromatic, crispy skin, served PIPING hot. Can you feel my enthusiasm? Incredible. Ive spend enough of my time working in establishments like this, but I am WOWed. ROCK ON CARSON KITCHEN!
Wow. We are impressed! After 2 visits to Las Vegas and countless restaurant encounters, we have never experienced food like this. Incredible food! This is a restaurant to visit first when you travel to Las Vegas.
Let me just say this - I never thought I would use “good” “Brussel sprouts” and “kale” in the same sentence. But wow. All the food is amazing here at Carson Kitchen. You must visit!
