In a bit of a rush to see the most of the Las Vegas area, I found your restaurant via google search to grab a quick bite. Kendahl was our server and she was fantastic. I have a severe shellfish allergy and she took care to listen and inform the kitchen. The food: no words for how delicious it was. Probably the best meal I have had in a long time! Was very excited to visit a lot of restaurants in Vegas and this was surpassed all of them! I was blown away by the hospitality and the atmosphere! The food did not disappoint as well! The deviled eggs were amazing! We loved the mac n cheese and bacon jam! I will be dreaming of my next visit to Vegas to that I can visit Carson's Kitchen again!
Love tapas dining, get to try a lot of different things. Everything we ate was Wonderful. Especially loved the Brussels sprout kale salad, deviled eggs and The chicken thighs. You can’t go wrong!
