We are very satisfied with our 2019 4Runner. Shawn took the doubt of purchasing a vehicle online out of the equation by letting us know when it arrived, by doing inspections over FaceTime and photographs via text. The vehicle was delivered to us in Northern Minnesota (from Tennessee) and other than a small hiccup in the timeline, we were very happy. Shawn has been a long time friend that I have made several purchases from before he came to carsmart. Best person I’ve dealt with hands down. Really want to brag on how he has went out of his way to make my most recent purchase possible for my family while I’m am deployed overseas for the military.
