Bought a low mileage right hand drive Jeep Wrangler for my wife's rural postal carrier job. Price was very high for a 2013 but the mileage was extrememly low. Vehicle had a Carfax rating, which proved to be worthless. Salesman tried to talk us into buying an extended warranty, but it would quickly expire with the number of miles she logs each day, and it was very expensive. I bought the vehicle from out of state and Shawn walked through personally videoing the vehicle. After 6 hr drive the vehicle was exactly as it was supposed to be. Very pleased with the experience.

I am gonna be honest about my experience with Carsmart. Bought and SUV which appears to be in good shape mechanically, and cosmetically, and it’s living up to the standards. My only take back is customer service which was not the best. Had to wait over a week for the vehicle after placing my down payment, and the detailing was off. I end up paying for a professional detailing.
Bought the absolute worst vehicle I have ever owned from this dealership and they knew it, that's why they were real nice about fixing the clunker so they could push it out the door. I should have trusted my gut and walked away and saved myself the headache and hassle. 1 and done with this dealership!!
Matthew was absolutely amazing with helping me get the car off my dreams. As soon as I contacted him, he immediately responded and answered all of my questions very thoroughly. Not once did he ever act as if I was bothering him by asking so many questions. He offered his own personal opinion, which I thought was very helpful and I was appreciative because they gave me even more security knowing that the purchase I was making was the right one.
