I waited to post because you can never know when buying a used car sight unseen. I can’t thank Shawn, Zeke, Jon, Matt, and Trey at CarSmart enough for helping me find my dream car and talking me through the whole remote process. They were amazing and went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal. If you’re in the market for a new car, you have to check them out! They’re the best customer service I’ve ever received.

We bought a BMW 430i convertible at Carsmart from Zeke and couldn’t be happier! We’ve had the car for two months and love it!! They were so kind at the dealership from Zeke to the manager, they were all so great!! It was refreshing dealing with a dealership that didn’t feel slimy. We will always look to purchase future vehicles from Zeke and the team at Carsmart Hendersonville!
Horrifically scummy dealership. They added on additional charges after already settling on an out the door price and forced me to pay more than what I signed for initially. Our salesperson Matt was incredibly unprofessional, swinging a giant vape around me and my mom the entire process and frankly didn’t care that he messed up the out the door price. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE
