CarSmart. net in Tennessee (Trey Quick and Jonathan Durkee, specifically) both misled and outright lied to me about the pre-owned Audi A8 that I purchased from them. As I was trading my vehicle, they requested and I provided photos, videos as well as clear communications of the three imperfections of my vehicle which they would be unable to see if photos unless I specifically pointed them out. Unprofessional, will throw a fit if you do not purchase a vehicle. They signed me up for a bunch of healthcare and credit inquiries, which resulted in a bunch of spam calls and text, but the joke is on them, I gave CarSmart a burner number.

Car Smart (Matt Tupa) is definitely a 5 star establishment. Matt was extremely knowledgeable on a variety of vehicles, and wasn't at all what is thought of when someone thinks "Car Salesman".
